Some drivers may not have a good idea about this, but in many high hills or snowy areas, tire chains are common and even mandatory. Also, drivers familiar with high mountain areas and snowy areas use snow chains to cope with bad conditions and stay safe.
You might think to install or to remove a car’s tire chain is a complicated task, but it isn’t.

How to put on snow cables?
First, make sure you get a tire chain that fits your tire. You can find the tire’s space by going to the manual of the car as well as the tire’s all over. The small chain is adjustable to the point that it needs to be tight and secure to work properly.

To install the snow tire chain, you need to place the top of the tire on the top so that its edges are properly attached to all four sides. 1. Get snow chains which suit the size of your tires:

3. Untangle Your Chains:
The chains are enclosed in a plastic wrap so you can make sure they are spread straight. Check if they have any patches. Hold the chain so that the yellow edge is in your left hand and the blue edge is in your right hand.
The chains will hang them loose and the metallic objects with yellow and blue edges will keep the distance so that it does not crumble underneath the tire.
4. Drape the snow chains over the tires:
Begin by draping the chains over the tire, one end tucked under the tire’s forehead. You’ll see a lot of guides telling you to put the chains in front of the tire. Don’t do that; it’s a rookie mistake.
Placing the chains out in front of the tires will require you to guess how far forward you can drive to get in the perfect position to wrap the tire. You know, by draping the chain over the tire.
5. Connect the Red Hook:
Now that the cable is attached on top, look straight opposite the cable link for the red line. Attach the red hook at the right to the first gold connection accessible at the left.
6. Check the Diamond Shape
Pull the chain over the top of the tire. You can see the form of a diamond against your tire in the links. The center rail is between each of those diamonds, which should be mounted in the middle of the tire tread.
7. Connect the Red Chain Along the Bottom:
At the bottom right of the chain is a red drawing chain with a diagonal, and a guide on the right. Tighten the long red t-chains and run through the guide and pull as hard as you can with both hands. As you pull out, one of the chains will enter the red chains’ guide and log it in place.
Pull one or two loops through the loop using the red chain’s diagonal edge. Reserve the gold side-chain against its red appearance.
If it cannot be pulled through two loops, it will also be pulled through one and tighten with a chain on the left side of the loop.
8. Link the ends of the tire chains:-
Now attach the end of the two open ends, which is wrapped around the tire. First of all make sure when you bring the chain that it is in perfect condition.

9. Repeat the same process for the other tire(s) on your vehicle
Place the chains over the top of the tires and tuck them underneath, drive forward to reveal the unfit section, link the chains together, then make sure they are balanced over the tire.
When you’ve had some experience with snow chains, you should start mounting chains on your front or rear tires at the same time. This is going to significantly speed up the process.
10. Check the chains of the tires and adjusted:
The most important thing you do after the installation is to run the car for 100 feet and stand in a safe position and re-check if your chain and tire have been adjusted.
Retighten the chains to make sure you have a perfect fit.
